In the ancient Rome the society glorified the soldier and military service, so the ancient roman heroes were amazing people who had military stretegists.
but who were in an important place were the gladiators, the word gladiator come of the latin word "Gladius" it means "sword".
the main gladiator was Cornelius Scipion "africanus" he was the first gladiator known in the history in 206 A.C other important gladiators were: Espartacus, Diocles and Marco Valerio. the gladiators were slaves or prisoners who were sentenced to be a fun for the people.
on the other hand we can find nine types of gladiators such as: Andabatae, Equites, Hoplomacus, mirmos, tracius and others.
something special in the life of gladiators is their lifestyle because they had a vegetarian diet, high in proteins, and the reason of this diet was for have more muscle mass and with that can win in the fights.
Furthermore they had a lot of fractures and wounds, obviously they were served by the best doctors, because without the gladiators the society haven't fun so the emperor had the need to care this man.

Roman law was one of the most important inventions of the roman people. In the ancient Rome civilization the laws were based on the Greeks and with those requirements maked the criminal proceedings.
In the ancient Rome was very interesting that the state was like an arbitrator who heard people and resolved the cases. In this time de criminal proceedings is very important because with it we can manage different cases and find some solutions for the problems, not only social problems we can fix too economic problems and democratic. Moreover this proceedings are used like in the ancient Rome with the unlike that now this is including with other processes and laws.
The administrative system in Ancient Rome Civilization was very strong due to it is focus on customs and tradition of society in this time. For example the first Roman code of law was developed during the early republic and this code was characterized by a formalism that during for 1,000 or more years. The Roman laws also were based on the idea about “the actions and words produced legal consequences”. Each emperor take part in the building of the roman civil laws.
